Could you briefly describe your company and the industry it operates in?
Since 2009, GRIT has existed to protect and enable technology in all types of companies. We firmly believe that technological development is the path towards cultural transformation in emerging countries and new economies. This purpose drives everything we do as a brand, inspiring us to improve the technological culture of people and companies through Consulting and Technical Support, always fulfilling principles of Scalability, Availability, and IT Security.
We mainly operate in the Entrepreneur, SME, and some large company segments in Argentina. In LATAM, we also provide solutions to clients in Uruguay and Chile.
What problems or challenges were you facing before starting to work with Skyonline?
We were looking for a strategic partner to support our clients and offer Cloud solutions that aligned with our principles, providing quality and excellent services. At the same time, we wanted a multicarrier provider for internet services, with low latency in the area and a TIER III certification.

In Argentina, clouds like Azure, AWS, Google Cloud, or Huawei Cloud offer good services, but they involve certain latency issues that complicate operations. Also, their costs have become quite high for the region.
